Anorexia Tips: Water


  • Water. Drink lots of it.
  • Cold water speeds up your metabolism.
  • Warm water makes you full.
  • When you eat take a drink of cold water in between each bite.
  • Water helps keep your skin healthy.
  • When you exercise drink water.
  • If you drink a lot of water you go pee more so then you don't gain the water weight.
