1: Make some food IN FRONT OF SOMEONE and then go to your bedroom and pretend like you ate it but throw it away instead.
2. At school; say you forgot your lunch.
3. Say that there is leftovers home in the fridge waiting for you so your saving your appetite.
4. Say to your parents that you eat at a friends house, and tell your friend that you already ate at home. It’s a bit comfusing, but it works! Just make sure that your friends parents don’t talk with your parents.
5. If you went out with your friends or just went for a walk yourself, say that you grabbed a burger or something while you were out.
6. Just say you don't feel well. *DON'T DO THIS TOO OFTEN*
